RJ Mabanta is the Founder and Creative Force behind Searchlight Studio.
He works with leaders and organizations navigating moments of transition, when decisions carry real human consequences and clarity matters.

RJ brings experience across education, organizational leadership, and strategic advisory work, with a focus on helping leaders see what’s actually happening, align around what matters, and move forward with integrity.

RJ holds advanced degrees in education and the arts. More importantly, he has spent years in rooms where clarity was required, not theoretical.
